🔬 How this wall was made (the tech)
Each plaque is an MP4 video · 8-second seamless idle loop · embedded as <video autoplay loop muted playsinline> · same pattern pop.store uses for its “Echo” mascot. Each video was generated by Google Veo 3 Fast (veo-3.0-fast-generate-001) from the static PNG concept · ~$0.80 per character · ~30 seconds wall-clock per render · total batch ~$8.
The CSS still layers a breathe + float + glow + mouse-tilt on top of each video so the plaque reacts to your cursor on top of the baked-in animation. Click a plaque to fire the “pop” reaction frame. Pre-rendered AI video · not WebGL · not Spline · not Lottie · ships as static MP4s straight to Cloudflare Pages.
